At Booley, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
