Barbecued Pulled Pork - 125g

Oak-smoked British pork slow-cooked overnight on the bone. Served with a traditional barbecue sauce, rice, and a zingy red onion relish. Ideal for an evening spent around the campfire.

Features:

  • A slow-cooked favourite
  • Each shoulder of pork is generously coated in a homemade spice rub, smoked, and then slow-cooked for 15 hours. While it cooks, the flavours from the smoky-sweet spices, the oak and the meat are left to combine until the pork flakes off the bone
  • A good portion of pickled red onions for added zest makes for a sweet, tangy, moreish dish
  • Gluten free
  • Lactose free
  • No palm oil
  • No artificial additives
  • You can rehydrate your meal in one of two ways:
    • To eat directly from the pouch, simply boil the required amount of hot water, pour it in, seal the pouch using the ziplock at the top, stir and wait
    • To cook your meal in a pan, tip the food into the pan, add cold water, bring to the boil, turn off the heat and wait
  • Water usage: 300ml
